The doctor say i don't have to take ventolin beacause Fomertrol+budesonide and Motelukast+LC. But only medicines which seems to be working is Ventolin and Motelukast+LC. When i tried stopping Motelukast+LC my throat tightness increased. Controller medications are those used to control symptoms of COPD and prevent exacerbations. Antimuscarinic drugs are controller medications used once or twice daily.

Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use both medications.
I can use the albuterol inhaler but i am not sure if i can use the flovent or not. I have looked and looked for this type of answer but cant seem to find it any where. Symbicort- budesonide and formoterol fumarate dihydrate aerosol .
